IMAGE DATABANK

For managing images, MCM Plus offers a powerful integrated image database. With it, you can easily manage and organize thousands of images. Thanks to a flexible taxonomy, you can easily classify images so that they can always be found quickly. In addition, you can provide images with keywords. These keywords can also be included as metadata when an image is exported to another system. Because the image database is fully integrated within MCM Plus, you always have insight into which image is used in which leaflet.

QR code

The image database makes it possible to create your own QR codes directly. These QR codes can easily be used in your communications. You no longer need a separate program to generate QR codes.

Artificial Intelligence (AI)

The image database optionally offers advanced features that use artificial intelligence (AI). For example, it allows you to have keywords generated fully automatically. The image is analyzed, then relevant keywords are assigned, and AI also makes it possible to create entirely new images. Printable folders

Generate leaflets in PDF or HTML format, which are easy to print from your website. For the leaflets in PDF format, a high and low resolution variant are automatically created. The high resolution variant is used when there is a print run of a leaflet to be printed. It is even possible that multiple variants of the high resolution variant are automatically created. This may be necessary to support different printing processes. The low resolution variant is used when the PDF file is viewed online. Adobe InDesign is used to generate the PDF files. This ensures that the PDF file meets the highest standards.

POWERFUL SEARCH FUNCTIONS

In a system with hundreds of leaflets, finding the right information can sometimes be a challenge. With MCM Plus, this is a thing of the past.
You can easily search folders based on keywords, titles or specific metadata, and the ability to save and share searches allows teams to work faster and find important information instantly. This makes the system not only efficient, but also extremely user-friendly.

TRANSLATE LEAFLETS

MCM Plus provides extensive functionality to manage documents in multiple languages. When a folder is ready, a translation of this source document can easily be created. The integrated workflow guides all involved through the process of translation. Once a document is translated and later modifications are made to the source document, the synchronization module ensures that only the modified text is also updated in the translated version.

Automatic translation

MCM Plus offers integration with the advanced translation software DeepL. By choosing this option, translations can be performed fully automatically. As soon as the source document is ready and a translation is required, it is immediately converted to the desired language via DeepL. In the event of subsequent changes to the source document, the combination of the DeepL translation system and the synchronization module of MCM Plus ensures that the changes are also implemented in the translated version.

Based on the chosen type, it is made easier for the author of a new document by offering a predefined rough layout of the document. It is also possible to switch between an A5 booklet, an A4 document or a threefold document without any problems afterwards.

MCM Plus keeps track of the changes in the Dutch version and ensures that the other languages remain aligned with Dutch. MCM Plus also ensures that the complete color scheme of the documents changes automatically based on one of the chosen medical clusters.

The ZOL hospital uses MCM Plus to easily manage and create hospital folders that are easily published on one of the different sub-sites of the hospital by adding meta-data.
